Error Trying To Change Voucher Status To Used On Same Day It Was Generated (Doc ID 2623501.1)

Goal

When you try to use a voucher the same day it was created, you get an error: "The date used must be later than or equal to the start date and earlier than the expiration date."

The used date we are using is equal to the start date and earlier than the expiration date.
