Getting System Error on Sign Out

When attempting to logout of FA, the following error occurs.
System error. Please re-try your action. If you continue to get this error, please contact the Administrator
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Click on Sign Out
2. In the Logout Consent Page click on Confirm Button
3. Encounter above exception
