ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Work definition is being created without components for Assemble To Order Models

When users tried to create a work definition for an Assemble To Order model using FBDI, the work definition was created successfully but the components were not being assigned to work definition.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Work definition should be created with components assigned to its operations.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Prepare the data for each import table using the corresponding worksheet in the Work Definition FBDI Template.

2. Generate the CSV Files.

3. Load the Data using below program:

    a. Select the 'Load Interface File for Import' process.
    b. Select the task 'Import Work Definitions' and upload the zip file to load the data to the interface tables.

4. Import the loaded data using ESS job: Import Work Definitions

5. Work Definition will be created without Items assigned to its Operations.
