Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.07.0 version, Customer Import

Customer is attempting to add Customer Bank Account information via 'Upload Customers from Spreadshee' but some bank accounts don't load due to following error:

RA_CUSTOMER_BANKS_INT_ALL table records with the same BANK_NUM and BANK_NUMBER cannot have different values for BANK_NAME and BANK_BRANCH_NAME.
