ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Auto schedule does not work when using "expected finish"
When entering or changing the expected finish date of an activity, the project does not re-schedule, despite auto-schedule being enabled
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When entering or changing the expected finish date of an activity, the project will be reschedule.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login P6 client and open a project
2. Press F9 and then option
3. Tick 'Use Expected Finished Dates' and "Schedule Automatically when a change affects the dates"
4. Close the schedule window
5. Add expected finish to "activity A" - auto schedule does not activate
6. Tick "started" on "activity B" and adjust the date - Auto schedule then adjusts activity A and activity B.
