Symptoms

Order line are stuck at reservation step, users are not able to recover the order after increasing stock levels.

NOTE: In this instance the user had attempted to schedule the line before recovering it, the error reported on the fulfillment line is:

A reservation was not created because the reservation quantity is greater than the available to reserve quantity.

The issue can be reproduced:

1. Order created and submitted.
2. Order scheduled and stuck at reservation error.
3. Once on-hand is back in inventory, user try to "schedule" the order from workbench.
