Symptoms

Data load jobs are failing. 

From Console Output:

The WebLogic Server encountered a critical failure
java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: GC overhead limit exceeded
Reason: There is a panic condition in the server. The server is configured to exit on panic

***************************************************************************

The ess_server1.log has the following error:
