Exceptions found during close manifest, Error ORA-00001: unique constraint (ADMIN.PARCEL_SHIPMENT_DTL_UKEY) violated.

Error while closing Manifest Order.

Error ORA-00001: unique constraint (ADMIN.PARCEL_SHIPMENT_DTL_UKEY) violated.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login.
2. Close manifest .
3. See error in manifest logs.
