ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

OWSM policies getting detached automatically from SOA composites.
We have oracle SAAS cloud URLs example ERPINTEGRATION.wsdl URL.
Our composite will be invoking this URL using oracl/http_basic_auth_over_ssl.
This is standard oracle policy to be used compulsory.
We have developed a composite with OWSM policies attached to the SOAP service.
When deployed to SOA server we are able to see the policies and composites are working.
At some point of time the policies are not showing up in the server(i.e. automatically detached).
This is causing composite to fail and composite going into recovery.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

OWSM policies NOT get detached automatically from SOA composites.
