Symptoms
On : 11.13.19.04.0 version, Capture Transactions-Define Allocations and Period Entries
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
User is not able to multiply a STAT amount in a formula rule allocation. User is trying to pull STAT balance from a particular combination, and multiply it to existing formula. When this rule is executed, it keeps on running, and does not end.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be able to multiply the STAT amount to the balance
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a formula allocation rule, as below adding balances from two sources, and assigning it to a target.
2. Multiply the entire string with period balance(which is actually a STAT balance) from a combination, ( tried taking value for all the segments for this combination)
3. The formula does not result in any entry , in fact it keeps on running. Also, it results in severe performance issues at essbase cube level, and then support has to force stop the request id, and unload/load the application.
4. When multiplying using a particular combination (not giving all the segments, but just the account) , there are no resultant entries generated.
