Information in this document applies to any platform.
A transaction cannot be terminated in the Transaction Console (TAC), as the Transaction ID cannot be found.
Should be able to search for the failed Transaction in in the TAC.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Initiate a Promotion transaction
2. Transaction is failed
3. Go to TAC
4. Search for the Transaction with Transaction ID, Person Name
