TransferHdrMod Message Fails to Publish With "pick_not_after_date' Is Expected Error (Doc ID 2624896.1)

Symptoms

In Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service (MFCS) environments with fix explained in Doc ID 2582091.1, TransferHdrMod messages originated from MFCS fails to be published at RIB-RMS or RIB-TAFR layer, with following error:

Error:

cannot unmarshal payload. Family: 'Transfers', type: 'TransferHdrMod' caused by Unable to validate the message

caused by
SchemaValidationErrors [1] for TsfDesc [cvc-complex-type.2.4.a: Invalid content was found starting with element 'order_type'. One of'{"http://www.oracle.com/retail/integration/base/bo/TsfDesc/v1":pick_not_after_date}' is expected]

If customer adds <pick_not_after_date> tag in message in RIHA and retries, message is published fine.
