Goal

Submitting an order fails with:

The credit check for customer XXXXX failed for the following reason: No credit case folder was created because an active case folder exists.

NOTE:

1. The order was copied from an existing order.
2. Lines on the original order were changed overriding header information.
3. The Sold to Customer was changed on the copied order.
