Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.10.0 version, Global Human Resources


We have recently promoted our DocuSign account to a production go-live ready account.  However, the account is not working.

We have applied all of the following information and clicked Verify but the integration fails.


ERROR

The specified Integrator key was not found or is disabled. Invalid account specified for user.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup Docusign account
2. Login to Application
3. Setup &Maintenance > HCM Electronic Signature Configurations
