Symptoms
Unable to generate cycle count tasks via template.
Getting error message when running "Cycle Count All Area" template.
ERROR

Data does not match format [d/m)(-/+)(number of days/minutes] default value 0
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup RF-Text: Cycle Ctn {locn} Screen Name: Scheduled CC by LPN Scan - All Items, Auto Approve.
2. Set up Task Type : Allocation Type = Multiple types --CC-LOCATION, Description: CC Scheduled -Reserve: CC Scheduled - Active.
3. Selection Criteria choose: "location-last count time" Enter <= 2019/09/01 00:00:00
