Portfolio Changes Will Not Save

On : 19.7 version, Unifier User Mode
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Portfolios are experiencing an issue where the users cannot copy a tab.
The system will create the duplicate tab and will permit saving but once it refreshes after Save, the tab is gone.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Users should be able to see the tab after saving it in the portfolio.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open portfolio
2. Click on the tab you want to duplicate
3. Use the gear icon and select "duplicate selected tab", the tab is then created.
4. Go up to Save icon
5. Click save,
6. wait for it to say "Save Complete"
7. click "ok".
8. The window then refreshes and the duplicated tab disappears.
