Custom Driver Team Manager Layout Results In Error While Editing Or Creating New Records (Doc ID 2625103.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to create a new layout (based on standard layout) : DRIVE_TEAM layout
the following error occurs while Editing the Drive Team record.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Configuration and Administration-->User Configuration-->Manager Layout
2. Copy the Manager Layout: DRIVE_TEAM to new one: FO_DRIVE_TEAM
3. Navigate to Configuration and Administration-->User Configuration-->Screen set Manager
4. Copy the Screen set ID: DRIVE_TEAM to new one: FO_DRIVE_TEAM
5. GOTO General Tab and change Control EDIT and NEW Manager layout id to FO_DRIVE_TEAM and then Finished.
6. Now Navigate to Configuration and Administration-->User Configuration-->Menu Manager
7. Add the Screenset ID: FO_DRIVE_TEAM to the Custom Menu of the User Menu
8. Navigate to Screen set: FO_DRIVE_TEAM and then click on New.
