How to Mark Account field as Required on Creating Contact on CX Cloud Mobile (Doc ID 2625135.1)

Account is not always required on creating Contact, here is the exact behavior:

We have a mobile level script to make account required while creating a contact.

This script should have the Account field marked required with an asterisk sign. If value is not populated, error is thrown saying the field is required.
For the first time if value is not present error is thrown.
But if user adds an Account and then removes the value, required error is not thrown.

How to solve this?
