Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.10.0 version, Procurement

Sign Contract error: Invalid file type chosen for conversion

For e-signature contracts with the status ‘pending signature’, when we choose the action ‘Sign Contract’ we get the error message ‘Invalid file type chosen for conversion’.

This happens for all users and all contracts.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Search for the contract
2. contract UI opens>Action>Sign Contract> Error is seen
