How can users set the JSESSION cookies on the application to be set to secure?  The application uses JSESSION cookies that  do not have the secure flag set. Users expect cookies to be secure.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log in with   https://<host>.<domain>/homePage/faces/FuseWelcome .
2. The application uses cookies that  do not have the secure flag set. The secure flag instructs a user's browser not to transmit the cookie over an unencrypted connection.  JSESSION authenication cookie set without secure flag
