Changes in Sequencing / Sequence Counter in WMS Cloud (Doc ID 2625314.1)

Symptoms

WMS Cloud Inquiry Screens such as - IBLPN, OBLPN, WAVE, OUPUT INTERFACE, IHT, ORDER etc, use sequence counters to generate record numbers (for example IBLPN NBr or Wave Nbr ) or filenames (ACME_PRODC00000245705.xml) that are automatically generated by the system.  Users notice these record numbers APPEAR to have gaps.
