Missing Field in Workspace - Formula Field Is Not Found In Configure Workspace Search

When trying to add fields to the workspace landing layout, there is a missing field.
A text formula field was added on standard sales object, but does not appear in Workspace.
How can this field be added as to become visible in workspace?
From Configure Workspace Search > workspace UI configurations, this field cannot be found in order to go ahead and enable it.
