RPASCE: Import Migration Data Task Generates Locks on Multiple Databases while Loading Measure Data (Doc ID 2625525.1)

Symptoms

During the process of Import Migration Data task, user noticed that there are failures in the measure load with multiple load measures to the language.db and measdata.db (like as below) and some translation measure loads gives time out error.
