Document Manager Log Views Prevent User From Viewing Folders And Updating The Document Manager (Doc ID 2625541.1)

On Unifier : 19.7 version, Unifier User Mode

After configuring Log Views for the Document Manager, users are unable to create new Folders and see the folder structure.

In addition to this, a likely related issue has been identified where the default 'All' view was deleted from the 'Log Views' window within the Document Manager Configuration (Company Workspace). The deletion occurred when the administrator was attempting to modify the View and clicking Save. Currently, the Log View window lists the Views in order starting from No. 2 where No.1 is missing.

An additional symptom is also observed when working within the Document Manager and switching to a new custom View, clicking the Documents node to refresh the page, a new duplicate View is created. However, when logging out and logging back in, only the original custom view is listed in the drop-down.

The expectation is for users to be able to select the custom Views within the Document Manager and be able to create Folders and upload files.
