Communication between WMS and WFM not working. WMS Activity Track UI(module: WmsActivityTrackView) click refresh nothing appears. No data is retrieved.
Cloud Ops reports Production ETL cron jobs are already set to run 5 mins.
The facility parameter
"WRITE_WMS_ACTIVITY_RECORDS"(OWMS) and "WMS Activity Track" screen (OWFM) are set properly. Why no records are retrieved in WMS Activity Track UI?
Steps To Test
1. Login WMS l
2. Facility/company - 101/COMP
3. WMS Activity UI(module: WmsActivityView) > click Refresh , notice data appear about 18 pages
4. WMS Activity Track UI(module: WmsActivityTrackView) click refresh nothing appears. No data is retrieved
