Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Using the Identity Cloud Service (IDCS), the Admin user <ADMIN_USER_1> can't update own profile information after going to the myconsole --> My Profile: all the fields are grayed out.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Admin could update his own profile information with no issue.
