Not Able To Make Microsoft SQL Server Connection (Doc ID 2626241.1)

Symptoms

While trying to connect with Azure Microsoft database Server via ICS using Microsoft SQL connection getting following error:

oracle.ics.webconsole.common.exception.GeneralException: ICS-10977: Unable to test the connection. Error code : oracle.ics.common.exception.NonICSRuntimeException: CASDK-0005: A connector specific exception was raised by the application.
