Filtering Agent Orders Using "Orders API" Response Based on Custom Order Property is not Returning the Results (Doc ID 2626246.1)

Symptoms

ISSUE STATEMENT


Filtering the Order using the Orders API in Agent is not returning the results for the order
Trying to get orders which has the custom attribute "customProperty_Id" is "123456789" but it returns 0 results.



STEPS TO REPLICATE


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the Agent ccdebug(or use the same get API and hit the URL via Postman).
2. Hit the below URL.
/ccagentui/v1/orders?q={"dynProps_customProperty_Id":"123456789","limit":15,"pageNumber":0}

 Returns 0 results
