Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.10.0 version, Activity Management

When attempting to create activity under Account sub tab the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Accounts >> Activity Sub tab
2. Try to create new Activity

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot able to create new Activity.
