PRC:SSP: Is It Possible to Use Expression Builder in Page Composer to Limit When the Required Negotiated Checkbox Is Enabled on Requisition? (Doc ID 2626460.1)

Requirement to use Page Composer - Expression Builder to set the Negotiated flag for a Requisition to be required to be checked when a Requisition is created for < $650.  But leave it unchecked (disabled) for Requisitions > $650.
Expression: #{bindings.CurrencyUnitPrice.inputValue < 650}

Reproduce by steps:

1.  Procurement
2.  Purchase Requisitions
3.  More tasts
4.  Enter Requisition line
5.  Click down arrow next to log in initials (top right)
6.  Administration > Edit Pages
7.  Structure tab
8.  Click Negotiated checkbox
9.  Click on sprocket > Display Options
10.  Required - click down arrow
11.  Expression Builder
12.  Type Expression
