Symptoms
When attempting to access an unposted adjustment transaction from the Adjustments Infotile,
the following pop-up error occurs:

An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. go to Adjustments Infotile
2. select one of the adjustment transactions for Cost and Rules Change and click on Post button
3. get error
This error occurs only for some users.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot post the adjustment transactions in the UI.
