Symptoms

Numbers changing from whole numbers to decimals within cells on Forms and when exported.

When manually typing in a number within a Form, the cell sometimes, not always, changes the number randomly from a whole number (i.e. 25.0 changing to 24.999999999998). This seems to be happening at random and occurs within Forms and on Export Data only; within Smart View the number shows only the expected whole number that was typed in even when expanding to multiple decimals.
