OAC/OAC-Classic : After PBCS Planned Maintenance Update, OAC Reports Based off PBCS Throws Error (Doc ID 2626550.1)

Symptoms

Issue Seen :

After planned maintenance of the PBCS all reports sourced from PBCS do not work anymore in OAC. The reports throw following error :

The Error Codes: OPR4ONWY:U9IM8TAC:U9IM8TAC:U9IM8TAC:U9IM8TAC:OI2DL65P
State: HY000. Code: 10058. [NQODBC] [SQL_STATE: HY000] [nQSError: 10058] A general error has occurred. (HY000)
State: HY000. Code: 43113. [nQSError: 43113] Message returned from OBIS. (HY000)
State: HY000. Code: 43119. [nQSError: 43119] Query Failed: (HY000)
State: HY000. Code: 46008. [nQSError: 46008] Internal error: File server/Query/Execution/DbGateway/DbGatewayADM/Src/SQXDGADM.cpp, line 224. (HY000)

 

Note that Smart View returns proper data connecting to same PBCS Instance. The OAC Reports were all working fine prior to the PBCS Update.

This behavior affects both OAC-Classic and OAC Instances
