'ORA-28115: policy with check option violation' Error When Trying to Create a GTM Location When Connected to Another Domain Via a User Role. (Doc ID 2626571.1)

Symptoms

Cannot create a GTM location when connected to another Domain via User Role.

Example:
--------------
01. Login as DOMAIN01

02. Switch the User Role to (DOMAIN02). That user role has access to the (DOMAIN02) domain.

03. Master Data > Locations > New > Enter the Location ID and the Country Code > Go to the "Communication and Remarks" > Error

GTM is trying to insert the corporation in the (DOMAIN01) domain not (DOMAIN02).

NOTE: This issue does not happen when creating an OTM Location. Shipment Management > Location Manager
