Goal

What is the significance of 'Reason for Departure' and 'Estimated Remaining Months' in Succession Plan?

Without using Risk of Loss/Impact of Loss cant we use 'Reason for Departure' and 'Estimated Remaining Months' ?

a) Will change in values for 'Reason for departure' and 'Estimated Remaining Months' from profile (Career Planning) change the values in Succession Plan automatically?
b) If in profile the values of Reason for departure' and 'Estimated Remaining Months' are stored as A and we update the values to B in Succession Plan, will it change the values in Profile as well?
c) Can we create multiple Succession Plans (Incumbent) for a single person and store different values of 'Reason for departure' and 'Estimated Remaining Months' in different plans? If Yes, which values will reflect in the profile?
