ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

From Manage cost periods UI unable to see next fiscal year related period. For example this year's last period is Dec 2019, Jan 2020 is not appearing as next period

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

show up the next period


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Manage cost periods UI>
since last period of 2019 is reached expect Jan 2020 to appear as next period
