Track And Trace Screen Is Blank After 19C When Logging In Via My Services (Doc ID 2627004.1)

Symptoms

The Track and Trace UI is Blank After 19C Upgrade when logging into OTM via
My Services. The issue does not occur when logging into OTM directly.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Login to OTM via My Services.
2) Shipment Management > Shipment Management > Buy Shipments > SmartLinks.
Select Trace and Track.
3) A blank window pops up.
