Due Date Field Value Reverts If User Goes To Any DCL Field On Create/Edit Task UIs (Doc ID 2627058.1)

Symptoms

After Create Trigger Fires Twice in Create Activity (Task) Screen

There is Object Trigger with name = Set_Due_Date on Activity object which is "After Create"

setAttribute('DueDate', today());
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

So this will happen only once on the Create Task page which has the DueDate field. As soon as user clicks on Create task button, Create Task page opens up,
user fills in Subject, Due Date field automatically appears with sysdate, user changes this Due Date field value to any future date,
user also needs to fill in other field values (specifically FCL/DCL fields), meanwhile we see that Due Date field value is set back to sysdate.

Again if we set Due Date field value to any future date, and continue with creating task activity, click on save continue or save close, Due Date field value remains as user entered.


Our query is that why after Create Task page appears, the Activity object trigger firing one more time,
and hence setAttribute('DueDate', today()); run one more time.
And that too it happens if we visit any FCL/DCL fields on Create Task page.
