Oracle Fusion Performance Management: Employee cant see the participants added by manager (Doc ID 2627093.1)

Goal

When a manager sends a feedback request on behalf of employee & participant completes feedback:
1) No green tick is displayed against feedback when manager views the Feedback Request page to indicate feedback is complete
2) Employee is not able to view participant feedback on their feedback request page.
