Oracle Fusion BI Publisher: Scheduled Oracle BI Publisher Reports Failing with FAILED_TO_EXECUTE_TRIGGER (Doc ID 2627625.1)

Goal

On : 11.13.19.07.0 version, Technology Management - Reports/Analytics

You are scheduling a report that is using a trigger to skip or run the report based on the trigger query.

If the query returns data, the report will complete, otherwise, the job run will be skipped.

However, the report fails with the followign errors:
 

Detail Message:

If you remove the trigger, the report completes successfully.
