Goal

Why future dated non-recurring elements are deleted when employee is terminated?

If an employee has a non-recurring element on a future date, say 02-FEB-2020 to 28-FEB-2020 and if the employee has resigned earlier,
say, 22-JAN-2020 (termination date = 22-JAN-2020), then the recurring element (future dated) gets deleted.
