POM Not Showing The Timestamp In The Start And End Dates And The File Download Doesnot Save It As Excel

POM not showing the timestamp in the start and end dates and thee file download doesn' save it as Excel
Steps To Recreate:
1. Login to POM.
2. Go to Schedules->Merch->Monitoring->Batch Monitoring.
3. Select nightly cycle.
4. It shows all the batch jobs.
5. Add columns to show start date time and end dates time. They show only the date and no time component. So we wont be able to know how long the batch took to complete or how long it has been running. The two screenshots attached are from application and file download. Both don't show the time component attached to the date.
6. When we download the file, it doesn't save as Excel but just shows the same name "All Batch Jobs". We want to see preferably <Cycle_Name.Date.time.xls>.
