ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Fusion HCM - Absences - 19 D issue - Absences are not getting approved when time card is approved

We have applied 19D over the weekend and found an issue when running a Payroll.
We have a list of hourly employees with approved timesheets and submitted absences but the absences are not picking up on the paycheck.

We have verified the absences were submitted prior to the timecard being approved.

It looks like absences are not getting picked-up, even though submitted before Time card approval and staying in awaiting approval status.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Absences should be getting approved when time card is approved

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. We have a list of hourly employees with approved time sheets and submitted absences.
2. The absences are not picking up on the paycheck.
3. We have verified the absences were submitted prior to the time card being approved.
4. It looks like absences are not getting approved, even though submitted before Time card approval and staying in awaiting approval status.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot pay on absences not transferred to payroll with time card processing.
