OAC: Title Disappears And 3 Dots (...) Appear In Tile View When Resizing The Tile

Symptoms
When using tile view in a Data Visualization (DV) canvas, title and description don't show up correctly.
When first creating the tile view, it appears to work fine but all the fonts are set to Auto.
When resizing to reduce height, the title disappears from some of tiles but remains on some others (even though the titles are smaller and shorter and tiles are bigger than the other ones where the title remains).
Changing the font on title, value or description also causes three "dots" to appear on the tile.
This happens every time the font size is increased even though there is plenty of space.
