Collect Planning Data : Load Entity: Wd_operations Ending in Error (Doc ID 2628364.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to Collect Planning Data, the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Supply Chain Planning -> Plan Inputs
2. Open right task panel and select Collect Planning Data
3. Select the desired entities for Collection
4. Submit the Process
5. Navigate to the Scheduled Processes UI
6. Monitor the process completion

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot Collect their current Planning Data for Plans
