ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Employee Active Payroll Balance Report for US’ runs successfully but the report does not include all employees
If ran for just one of these employees the report comes out blank
Having same issue with the ‘Employee Active Payroll Balance Report’ – it does not include all employees.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

'Employee Active Payroll Balance Report' should include all employee
