Symptoms

Stopped receiving Forgotten Password email.  It is likely that the issue is happening with other types of emails too.  The issue happens with all the users.

Configuration:

No misconfigurations were found.

Reproducible Steps:
1- Go to Storefront site
2- Click on Log in
3- Click Forgotten Password link
4- Type email address
