Symptoms

HireVue assessment status is "Unable to process." 

To view the error from HireVue: 

1. Log into the zone.
2. Click on Recruiting.
3. Search for candidate.
4. Click on relevant submission on candidate card.
5. Click on the Screening section. 
6. Locate appropriate request.
7. Click "Details."
8. Review error message in the assessment details:
