Journals Watchlist Shows Incomplete Information & Also Different For Different Users (Doc ID 2628746.1)

Symptoms

User A is unable to view all those Journals submitted by him in 'Journals' watchlist.

User B is just a superuser created for the purpose of Implementation & configurations - in production instance - this user does not create any transaction data and it's the key user User A who had created all the journals with either spreadsheet or manually.

User only had raised this concern - Journals Dec19 SL1 and Dec19 SL6 were created by him however, can't be seen under 'Pending Approval from Others' - there is no question that these journals are submitted by User B - since User A will only do all transactions.

There is a program called 'AutoPost Journals' which is scheduled to be run every 4 hours by user 'User B' - suspecting this is what had caused this issue.
