Symptoms

Unable to run OAC reports against Essbase.

Analyses stopped producing results and keep spinning forever. No front end error is thrown by the application.

User created a custom analysis with just one column pull on the report and the behavior is the same.

User checked in the RPD connection pool that the username, password, host and port still work.

When the same connection pool is used to import the cube, it throws a network connection error:
